My husband bought a new fishing boat which we drove to Grand Forks to pick up. We found that our new Bronco did not have the correct tow package installed and we couldn’t hook up the electrical from the Bronco to the boat trailer. We were desperate for help rewiring the Bronco and there wasn’t anyplace in town that could do the work in time to get us back on the road. A Good Samaritan suggested Kyle where he has all his trucks for his company worked on. Kyle said he’d help and was able to fix the situation and get us on the road. He was busy but made it happen for us somehow. Great customer service, great work. He even identified problems the original work created that we would need to have addressed later with Ford. I 100% recommend this company!
Kyle and his team recently worked on my 1993 Ford Explorer. Brought it in with a antifreeze leak. They were quick to take me in, discovered the problem and were able to quickly repair within a timely manner. Kyle is a rare breed- keeps the customer first and is honest about his work. I recently had one if my plow trucks into him with what seemed like an easy fix at first but turned into a major drivetrain overhaul. Kyle’s Customs are good at getting your car work completed properly. One situation I had brake pads replaced at a different garage. When I got the car back the brakes were really mushy pushing the pedal to nearly the floor. They told me that was normal. I took my car to Kyle and he found the trouble on a caliper and fixed the issue. Kyle knows cars and understands when something is not right. Thank you Kyle
